Shipping Policy
- Upon placing a Cash on Delivery order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Department to ensure order accuracy & confirmation.
- Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipping.
- All the products ordered take 3-5 working days.
- The customer/s will be informed by our team through an email or a call if there's any delay in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances / issue with the product.
- There are NO delivery charges on the orders less than Rs 50,000 . However the customers will be charged Rs 100 as delivery charges on orders above Rs 50,000.
- Delivery may take longer time in remote areas of Pakistan.
- We holds the right to process orders without telephonic verification for the customers who confirmed their order through SMS.
- We holds the right to cancel the orders with an intimation of cancellation through call.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty is valid only for a period of 1 Year for Software and below mentioned Hardware items from the date of warranty start, mentioned on warranty card. For Infrared Thermometer and Oximeter warranty valid for a period of 6 months.
